I trained in Animation and also have a Masters in Film & Video. In my digital work, I am particularly interested in representing spirituality on film and the visual image. And much of my work is concerned with subconscious, heightened perceptions of the surrounding world, surrealism and inner realities. You'll find stills from some of these short films on this website. I am very interested in the emotional power of music and have enjoyed working with musicians,(and would like to work further with them in...) creating lyrical images that match and interpret the qualities of their music.
I have a lifelong love of icons, and the decorative arts and these are elements that I am beginning to experiment now with in my 2D paintings and mixed media work. Again spirituality is a theme that I seem to return to frequently.
